The e-mail generally can divide into two types: POP and IMAP. We usually don't care about their difference. However, at TUS Oshamambe, IMAP connection is not available (and in fact I made a complaint against them on April.) Most Internet service providers (ISPs) have both POP and IMAP connection, so they can deliver them at your choice unless you use an America Online (AOL.)
Since I moved there I use "AOL Webmail." This service allows you to manage e-mail on their web pages like "Yahoo! Mail" or "hotmail."
On June 8, I noticed that my outgoing mails was added a tagline as a promotion. I got angry and accessed to their customer support. "AOL Live Chat Support" was an online chat on their web page, so I used it. I complained about it but they said that it is common to all webmail service such as Yahoo! or Hotmail. I told them that I've paid enough money for them every month in anger. Finally I stopped complaining to them and sent a mail to their headquarters.
I loved AOL since then, but now I'm thinking about whether to continue this contract or not.
